It's Friday

Hey Doggies, I woke up from my sleep feeling more refreshed knowing that today is FRIDAY too.



Thanks for all the pawsome suggestions on the new puppy's name. I shall think about it over the weekend and tell you all it's new name. :)



Meanwhile, I'm getting ready to go out pawty. Have a great weekend everydog & Moosie.

Beauty Sleep

There's nothing much going on today so I'll be catching up on my sleep. You doggies know where to find me. :)

I got a new puppy

Hey Doggies, I know all of you love that little maltese puppy you saw in the post 2 days ago. I also liked it very much and if Eil brought it home, I'll cuddle with it and share all my sunflower treats with it and it'll be my Best Furever Friend forever and ever... But evil Eil said NO!! And she brought home this cuddly puppy instead. It's cute and soft too and I wuv it. What should I name the new puppy?



This puppy comes in a comfy home too which I'm really eager to check out.

Thanks Casper & Hammie change bulb

Hey Doggies, I got a note from Casper the Eskie doggie



He also sent me a cute magnet which Eil thinks it's her and stick it on our fridge.
Thank you so much Casper, we wuv the magnet and hope that you'll get well soon.



There's a mass tagging from Tosca to find out a hammie change a light bulb.
Well, if you're a super hamsterbierian like me, I'll climb up the stairs first to get to the light bulb.



Then I'll get to the top of the house to twist the old bulb out and put in the new one.
Done!! Easy peasy. Hee hee
Of course if you're like Joey the hammie, he'll just sit there and stare at you till you change the bulb yourself.

Dog Show

Eil and Huskee's maid went to a dog show yesterday. They need to buy a ticket and when they walked into the event hall, a security guard will stamp their paws with a blue picture (ignore the brown star, the guard didn't stamp that one)



There were lots of doggies there, some were there for competition while the rest were just strolling about with their hoomans.



There were stalls there that sells toys, food, accessories.....



There were lots of maltese there but this has got to be the cuterest one that Eil saw, it's just a 2 month old puppy. And she was so tempted to put it in her bag to take home. Heee...



Then they saw Herbie and Helios there too. Herbie sure is famous, lots of people came up to him and ask "Is this Herbie? I've read your blog" Haa.. I think he can start a fan club



I love the way Herbie relaxes, doesn't he have a cute pose. :)



It was a nice event and Eil bought a tee shirt and a few toys and treats for some of my doggie friends. She sure had fun there.

Goodbye Coco

Dear doggies, I'm very sad to tell you that Jay's playmate Coco has crossed the Rainbow bridge. He was 14 years old and passed away peacefully at home.



Dear Coco, you will be sadly missed. Please look out for Fufu and Joy when you're up there at doggie's heaven, they'll take good care of you.

I also hope that your family will take care and they'll always be in our thoughts.

Today is my doggie brother Huskee's barksday!

Birthdays are nature's way of telling us to eat more cake, so I hope you got some yummy cake on your special day. :)

I found

I found a mouse.. what should I do with the mouse?
It does look friendly and pretty well dressed.



Eil went for a routine health screening this morning and needs to give 3 tubes of blood.
But the nurse can't find her veins at both her inner arms as they were too well hidden (is this what they call FAT these days?) so she got poked at the back of her hand instead. Ouch!!

Tag and Koi Sunny

Hey Doggies, I got tag by Toffee & Huskee to answer the following questions:-
Qns. 1) Where is your favorite place to sleep?

I can sleep anywhere from inside my TV, besides Joey the Hammie ...
...but the my 2 favorite spots to sleep are inside my little house

.. and in the corner of my cage with all the fluffy tissues and wool..


Qns. 2) Is there a specific trick your humans make you do to get treats?

No tricks but my humans like to make me go to the top level of my house before they feed me treats coz in case I dont finish the treat it's easier for them to clean up afterwards. But I also like to poke my nose out as far as possible so they get the hint to "give me some treats already!"



Qns. 3) If you could spend an entire day doing anything at all with anyone what would do and with whom?

Hum.. I would love to spend the day with my DWB friends. I bet we would have LOTS of FUN together.

Qns. 4) What is your favorite toy?

I like Joey the Hammie, he sure is fun to hang out with. And my wheel too. I love to run run run to keep fit...

Qns. 5) If you could change one thing in your life, what would it be?

If I have the power to change something, I like to change the lifespan of hammies everywhere to be longer. So that we can have more time together with hoomans who love us and more time to pawty with our doggie friends.

Butchy & Snickers told me that they have a Koi Sunny in their bootiful pond.
Look at Koi Sunny He is almost 2 years old now & about 11-12 inches long, metallic golden yellow

Here I am telling Sunny about the pawsome Koi that our wonderful friends have named after him. He sure is happy with that, can you see his whiskers twitching in joy. :)

Once upon a time...

... in the far away land of DWB, there lived a hamster princess. During the time she wander about in DWB land she made many friends. They have lots of fun playing, sharing jokes and attending royal pawties together.



So the girls form a princess gang and the boys form the prince gang. (Check out who has the most flashy crown).



So doggies, who do you think have the most bootiful crown?

Double O Se7en

Hey Doggies, Simba is having a house warming party in his new home. And the theme is James Bond 007.

Look I have my own flashy car and I put on a bow tie and I got a gun hee hee. Do I look like Double-O-Se7en?

Apples and I'm bored

Doggies, I think I found Snow White's poison apple! See Eil brought home this apple the other day and it was coated with CHOCOLATE. And we all know that chocolate is poisonous to doggies so this must be the evil apple. But Eil ate the whole thing and she's still walking about. Could it be because she's not a princess that's why the spell didn't work on her? Well I certainly didn't want to try it coz I'm sure I'm a princess and I dont want to take my chances.



Anyway, the weather is still gloomy today and it rained in the morning. (Yes Mr Rain, I know you are wrapping up the filming of your movie soon and so you have more time to come visit now)



Maybe I'll just laze around with Joey the hammie for now.

Mid week Wednesday

Hi Doggies, time seems to pass by so slowly and it's only mid-week Wednesday today. Hum... what should I do today?



Hello Sunny, you've come to visit me. So nice to play kissy face with you.



Maybe I can groom Sunny today.. Yeah, that'll keep me busy for a while. :)

Kois

Butchy & Snickers are so nice to name a pretty koi after me.



Koi GirlGirl is metallic yellow with a black pattern going along the top of her back. She is very similar to Koi FuFu. Koi GirlGirl is only about 3 to 3 1/2 inches long



Here's a picture of Koi FuFu, he is already about 6-7 inches. Dont the both of them look pretty. Butchy & Snickers sure take very good care of the kois in their pond.



The sky is looking pretty dark now, I think rain is coming soon. I better keep myself dry in my house and take a little nap in the meanwhile.

Gifts for me.

Hey Doggies, did you all had a nice weekend?



I'm back with pictures of my national day at home. I had my blinking star with me when the TV was broadcasting the national day parade live. It sure was fun to get into the national day mood.



Sunny help me received presents during the pawty and he sure was good to bring back all of them back to me. Maybe I should share some of them with him.



I'm checking out the birthday boys picture here. Look they even have the same pose. :)



They gave me yummy treats. I wonder if the rabbit is part of the ingrediant. Hee hee.



Present from Snowball and Chilli, I'm trying to find a way to get in... Where's that hole...



Chiyo also gave me some chips, they look nice to gnaw one.



Huskee's maid also gave me some treats that look like rice. I hope mama dont think that it's hers and cook it for dinner.



Thank you all sweet doggies for your presents. Thanks for remembering me. :)

On a sidenote, my good friend Jay didn't feel too good after the pawty. His kidneys have failed and he needs to go back to the vet for more reviews. We're not sure if his body had a reaction to the food he ate during the pawty. Please cross your paws for Jay to get better soon and leave some encouraging words in his blog to comfort him.

National Day Pawty

Hey Doggies, yesterday was Singapore's National Day. And some of the SingaPaw DWB doggies decided to meet up for pawty! But I can't go coz Eil said I had to stay home to keep mama & papa company and to look after Joey the hammie and feed Pinky Winky. What a bummer, but I did send Sunny to go to check out the pawty.



Handsome Jay carry Sunny, dont they look cute. :)



Boo Boo and Coco. I wonder what are they talking about...



There was alot of LOVE going on last nite. Check out Huskee and Chiyo, I think Sunny's such a busybody sitting in the middle there.



Boo also made his way to the pawty too and guess who can't resist his charm?
