Mondays and Postcards

Hello Doggies and Kitties, how was your weekend?
It's another sleepy Monday today and today's itenary for me would be to snuggle up and nap



Oh Yeah, SingaPaw's tourism board is having a Project Postcard. Where we can send postcards to our oversea friends for free. We might even win your hooman a chance to visit Singapore with free return air tickets and hotel accommodation.



Pinky Winky got the postcards, so if you're interested or would like to collect this special set (Formula 1 Grand Prix) drop me an email (titanic45-at-hotmail.com) with your addy and we'll mail them to you.

The postcards will be consolidated by the authorities and mailed out after 17 August so it'll probably be in your mail box end of August.

Hey Doggies & Kitties, it's Friday~
Some of you are curious about the sand bath. Hammies dont require water bath as it's kinda hard to dry tiny us later on (we might catch a cold) and it can be harmful to us if any water gets into our nose/ears.
So sand baths are good (we clean ourselves with sand in the wild too) as the sand will absorb our body oil and we can just shake the sand off our body later..

I would recommend it to doggies who can find a sand box your size and fill it with bath sand. :)

I like how some doggies suggest that it's like going to a beach when I get a sand bath. Maybe I should bring a beach towel and umbrella the next time I get a bath.

Hello Doggies & Kitties, I see that some of your hoomans had tried the hooman treat Marmite before and there's different types too? (Eric, did you say Champagne version for Valentines Day). Hee, we only get the plain version here and well Eil mostly mixed hers in porridge



Right... so I was in the sandbox the other day getting a bathhhhhhhhh



It started out pretty alright.. The fine sand was fun to step on



Then they start pouring sand on me!!!!



AHhhhhhhhhh!!! Now I got sand all over me..



Someone save me out~

Oh and before I go, Toffee has given me an award...

Stuffies and Tag

Hello Stuffy and Wheelie, it's Stuffy Wednesday and it's us the Bluey Wooey doggies. We like to know which version of us do you like better? The wire hair coat one on the left or the smooth coat one on the right? But we know that Girl girl like us both just as much..



Today, we'll show you our hammie stuffies in the house, aren't they a cute bunch. Of course some of you might recognize Sunny at the right there. We're still trying to find a hammie stuffie that look like Miss Girl girl



Our doggie friends Maggie and Mitch has tagged us to show our cold box.
The rules are:
1) Show us a photo of the front of your Cold Box.

And no fair cleaning it up first!!!



Ok, so here's what the front of our cold box looks like. There's some furry lamb magnets at the top part



And there's Casper and Stanley's magnet that they mailed to us at the main part of the cold box. Together with some fancy magnet that Eil bought overseas.

I heard a rumor

News flash... we interrupt the hide and seek segment to bring you this rumor.
Have you all seen what Boo and his new rabbit Lila have been doing?



And Dopey Moo Moo have been caught playing too rough with Lila. So mostly it's just Boo and Lila cuddling. Guess what I saw today..



Mr Rain has a new dog?!... wait.. that dog look suspiciously like.... you dont think...

Discrimination of breeds

Hello every dog & kitty, I'm feeling quite upset today.

Have you read the post that Goofy wrote?
I have also read that particular dblogger's comment that criticize a doggie for disgracing his breed and suggesting that the doggie could be a cross breed for it's "bad behaviour"

The doggie's "crime"?
Peeing and marking a relative house he was visiting.

What I found disturbing about that comment is how that dblogger stereotyped that bad behaviour equals cross breed. What's wrong with cross breed may I ask? I find that very insulting to many of my doggie friends who are cross breed and have done nothing wrong to deserved that. They did not get to pick what type of breed they want to be born as and even if they did, why should they be inferior just because they are not pure breed.

We have cross breed friends over here at DWB who are pawsome in their behaviour and have won titles in dog shows.
And does pure breed comes with a warranty that ensures that they are all angels?

And disgrace?? The only one being disgraced here should be the doggie's owner and he/she totally deserved it as I believe the behaviour of the dog really results from the owner and has nothing to do with the dog.

There is no bad dog, only bad owners

I know that hoomans sometimes discriminate against each other but to discriminate a dog for it's breed? That is really uncalled for and I hope that dblogger would think carefully before posting such irresponsible comments in the future



So to that tactless dblogger who made that sweeping comment that discriminate.
Boo to you and and you can talk to my bum bum the next time you make such comments
