Ways to say Merry Xmas

Hello everyone, I was thinking since we have so many friends from all over the world. We should learn to say Merry Christmas in different languages. Here goes:

  • 圣诞节快乐 (Chinese - Sheng Dan Jie Kuai Le)
  • Selamat Hari Natal / Selamat Krismas (Malay)
  • メリークリスマス (Japanese - Merii Kurisumasu)
  • 메리 크리스마스 (Korean - Meli K'lisŭmasŭ
  • Feliz Navidad (Argentine - contribute by Charlie)
  • Joyeux Noel (French - contribute by Zach)
  • Fröhliche Weihnachten (German - contribute by Baily)
  • BOAS FESTA (Portugal - contribute by Freda & Chelsea)
  • Веселое Рождество (Russian - contribute by AO4)
  • Khrystos Rodyvsia / Srozhdestvom Kristovym (Ukrainian - contribute by AO4)
  • "Roooooo!" (Siberian - contribute by AO4)
  • Shenoraavor Nor Dari yev Pari Gaghand (Armenian - contribute by Boomer)
  • Bark Bark (Boomer talk - contribute by Boomer)
  • AAAAIIIIIIHHHHH!!!! (cockatiel - contribute by CC-man)
  • maaawoooooowoooowooo!! (Alaskan Malamute - contribute by Holly)
  • Give me my pressie please (Sunshade language - contribute by Sunshade)
  • very deep "WOOF" (Irish Wolfhound - contribute by Finnegan)
  • Lang may your Lum Reek (Scottish - contribute by Marvin)

That's what I know so far, if there's any mistake you guys correct me ok. Anyone knows any other language to say Merry Christmas let me know ok. :)

By the way, Me, Boo, Boy n Baby and Huskee are thinking of going to find Santa Paws. I can drive them in my FuFuMOBILE. But problem is we dont know the way there. Anyone can help to navigate?

Oh no .. don't go looking for the old guy .. you'd be so far away from home on Xmas that you'd miss him visiting your house!! I mean think about it .. you're nocturnal ... so is he (more or less)... who else is going to be up to report on him???

    Joyeux Noel, Fu Fu.

  9. It is correct at Fufu and Japanese Mary Christmas.
The pronunciation was also good, and a difficult thing was thoroughly examined.

  10. Wow Fufu, you are more educated than most humans!
Zach is right that you should stay home so you don't miss Santa Paws but Zach also lives pretty close to him. Maybe you can visit with Zach after Christmas and find Santa Paws resting after his hard work!

  12. Hi Fu Fu,

You're reeeallys gettin' into the holiday spirit!

When my humans were in Portugals, the holiday street decroations said 'BOAS FESTA'. That translates as "Good Party'. That sounds great!

    And them there is Festivus.

I loves your FuFuMOBILE! It's reds like my movin' box. Cooools!

    Happy Holidays

    Wuufs!

  13. Hi Fu Fu! "Веселое Рождество" is Merry Christmas in Russian (closest we could get to people-Siberian). Dad's not right here to double-check us but we think in Ukrainian it's something like Khrystos Rodyvsia (Christ is born - the traditional greeting they use) or Srozhdestvom Kristovym. (Hard to translate the alphabet/letters and we couldn't find the Ukrainian alphabet on the computer.) In real Siberian, it's "Roooooo!"
    Hope that helps!

I'm not sure this is a good idea. What if you get lost and Santa comes to your house and finds you aren't at home asleep in you bed like you are supposed to be? Maybe he wouldn't leave you any presents because you weren't home.

That's really kewl listing the different names for Merry Christmas in different languages.

  20. "Give me my pressie please" is how you say Merry X-mas in Sunshade language.

I want to go look for Santa Paws too, I think we should stop by Zach's house since he lives in North Pole. I'm sure he will tell us where to find Santa!

  21. Hey Charlie, Ok so I just go North.

Zach, but so many of us wanna go find Santa Paws

Boo, I dont know. I just pose and Eil just takes my pic with her camera. Maybe it's coz she crop the sides of the photo that makes me look closer? Yah, the vet says the balding is due to old age. But nothing wrong with me. Ok, so we'll go "there there"

Hey Marvin, thanks. I hope you and Jeannie recover soon. Just in time for xmas.

Boy n Baby, ok so we'll go "there"

Simba, really your dad got a talking thingy that gives direction. Ok, pack it in. We'll pick you up
