Sofa

My new hamsterrier friend Moosie gave me a sofa.



Isn't it the coolest? Now I can sit on the sofa and watch television.



I can move the sofa to other comfy parts of my home too.



Joey the hammie says he wants to try the sofa too and he spent his night there watching TV all night.

Air-Con

I've been hanging out on the roof top at night lately coz it's really warm.



So Eil thought it'll be nice to bring me to her room at nite to get some air-conditioning. Pinky Winky was checking me out last night.

Rabbit cakes

Hey Doggies, so yesterday was the mid-autum festival where the moon is supposed to be the rounderest and we get to eat mooncake. This year Eil had some special mooncakes from Huskee's Maid.



Can you see those bunnies on the box cover?



I like the bunny shape cakes! There's so many different variety here, but they are more like pastry type and not the conventional mooncakes



And of course, how can you have food without giving some to your friendly hamsterberian.

Oh boy, there sure is alot of fun pawties going on in DWB. After the 70s disco pawty at Lola & Penny's, I'm heading over to Asta & Bailey's cowboy pawty!!
Do you like my cowboy outfit? hee I hope I'll be able to make it in time riding my horsie Yee Ha!

The Big 70s Disco Pawty!!

Hey Doggies!! Did you get Lola-Diva and Cute-Penny's invitation to the Big 70s Disco Pawty!! Did you hear Lola calling for us to attend in her video? I love pawties!!
I got a retro wig with giant hoop earring. Check out my groovy guitar and my skates, I've already start practising my groovy dance. I'll even bring along a disco light ball for the effects.

Hum.. I'm in the mood for a treat. Which one should I ask Mama to open for me..

Or the papaya bits or the nuts? It sure is hard to pick which treat to have.

Anything

The other day when Eil is suppose to buy dinner back home, she asked papa (Eil's dad) what he wanted to eat. He told Eil anything. When Eil asked him if he wanted rice or noodles, he still told her anything. So when papa came home that night, he found this on the table.



For the overseas doggie who dont know, Anything is a type of soft drink sold here in Singapore. Good thing Eil bought a packet of rice too, else papa probably wouldn't be too happy just having soft drink for dinner.



Morale of story, think carefully before you asked for it. You just might get what you asked for. Hee hee

Sleepy Monday

Hey Doggies!!! Did you all have a nice weekend? The mint I posted last Friday is for hoomans only, I think they used a doggie pic because the hoomans are jealous of the sparkly teefies that doggies have.

There's no more shaking of my house today. I need to come out and stretch my paws...

Our building sway

OMD doggies!! There was an earthquake last night in Indonesia and several buildings in Singapore felt the tremors and shook. Eil was reading the newspaper at 7+pm last night and she thought she was getting giddy. Then later she felt it was not right was her whole body was swirling in a clockwise direction. Mama (Eil's mom) then asked if she felt the room shaking as our hanging decorations were shaking too. Eil then send text messages to 2 friends living in that area to ask if they felt it too. One reply negative (probably coz she's staying in a low floor) But Huskee's maid replied that she felt the tremors too. It lasted a few minutes before it stopped totally. It was pretty scary, Mama was thinking if we should get out of the building and where should we run to. And Eil was ready to carry my cage to run too. Thank dog it stopped shaking after that.



It's shaking... Come on Joey, let's go hide!



During an earthquake it's best to take COVER by getting under a sturdy table or other piece of furniture. So I think I should be safe hiding in my little house here.

This morning, Eil's colleague told her that she felt another tremor in the morning and we checked from news from the internet that it's the aftershock. The public here is advised that there is no cause for alarm. We hope that all our friends are safe and ok. Singapore has so far been safe from earthquake and we hope that it'll continue to be so. Our thoughts are with the poor people in Indonesia~

Bath Time

Hey Doggies, we finally have a dry morning with no rain today.



Mama decided that it's a great time for a bath, so she took out the sand box..



.. and in the box I go.

Ok, I'm all done now. I think I can go back now.



So I go back to my house all by myself. :)
