Rain's Concert was FANTASTIC!!!

Hello everyone... Rain's concert was really great. It was drizzling a little when Eil set off to the Singapore Indoor Stadium but the weather was great over there. She didn't bring her digital Camera as she heard (and actually saw) people being stop by urshers to delete files from the camera. I think it's due to the no filming rule. So you gotta excuse the poor quality and small pic of today's post.

Here's outside the stadium

A model of his own plane

A stand board of Mr Rain with his plane

Inside the stadium. That's the stage in the center with the screens on the sides.

The show was great with many pyrotechnics, videos (at one time Eil didn't know where to look as they were playing different videos at the same time) and Mr Rain really dance like the demon. The below videos are pretty blur (sorry about that) but you can hear the sound pretty clearly. Mr Rain did not throw any shirt last nite but he did throw a few towels to the audience. But Eil was sitting too...... far away from the stage. hee But she really enjoyed herself, it was really a world class performance. Good job Mr Rain, I hope you'll come back to Singapore again. :)

I'm coming

It's Raining

Here's where he call everyone his Babies

Here's the merchandise that Eil got, those 3 items cost a total of $88. *sighs* seems Eil is very fated with this 88 number.

Ok enough of Mr Rain, do come back tomorrow on updates on ME. I hope Eil still remembers that this is MY blog.

Trip to Changi Airport

Huskee and I have arranged to go to the airport to pick up Eil's idol Mr Rain and to see if Huskee's maid's idol Mr JDG (Jang Dong Gun) is tagging along with him too. So nice of Huskee to get a big, nice, shiny car to pick Rain up. So I sat on Huskee's head to give directions while he steer and Booboo volunteered to help with the brakes and accelerator.

(YEAH!)

Once we reach the airport, Huskee and I got out to find the idols which Booboo stayed in the car to keep the engine running. When we got there, we saw lots of people. Good thing we brought our signs with us so that they can spot us.

Once Rain came out, the whole place became a mad house. There were screaming and pushing everywhere. Good thing there's security to escort us out... I tried to take a pic of Rain but my paws were too slow and all I got was the top of his head. heee... But I get capture his nice looking bag. Sorry Huskee's maid, we didn't see Mr JDG. I guess he didn't follow Rain on his trip here. But we'll pick him up the next time he comes here ok.

Here's the video of him getting out. (warning: LOUD screaming here)

Then we all got into the HuskeeMOBILE. I think Mr Rain was pretty impressed with it when we drove him around last night. :)

Countdown to Concert day: 2 more days
Eil will get to see Rain again during his concert this Sunday. I hope she'll have a good time and enjoy it. Have a great weekend everyone.

Doggie book

Eil just finished reading this book : "The Dogs Who Found Me" by Ken Foster
(image taken from Amazon.com)

It's about how Ken became aware of the stray dogs around him and starts to rescue them and the difficulties and hardships faced by dog rescuers. For people who are thinking of getting a pet, it's a good read to prepare yourself on the responsibilities of having a pet. I wish people would really think carefully before they get a pet and care for it and never abandon them with some lame excuse.

Of hamsters...

Eil was looking through the files in her pc when she came across this old photo that was taken last time in a pet shop overseas.

Look at all the cute hamsters, there's so many of them that I dont know which one to look at first. Those with the black spots are call Mottled Campbell hamsters. But Eil calls them cow hamsters coz the spots reminds her of cows. Heee..

Eil saw some students selling some products from SPCA during lunch and bought some badges and card from them. That hamster looks like me... I think it's great that SPCA is sending messages like "be Kind to animals" and "friends for life" to the public.

Rain (Eil's idol) is finally coming to Singapore soon...
I heard news of him falling on stage during his concert in Hong Kong, I hope he'll be good to dance for his concert here this Sunday.

I got news that he'll be arriving in Singapore on Thursday nite. Maybe I could go pick him up in my FuFuMOBILE. Huskee, you wanna come with me? Maybe we can fetch your Maid's idol too if he's tagging along. And we could go see Rain's special plane.

Hamsterrier Bath

When hamsters take bath, we do not need water we use bathing sand.

So everyweek, mama would put us in this small container with bathing sand while she cleans our house. The sand are really fine (like powder) and would then absorb any oil or water in our fur. Some hamsters are clever and would roll on their back to clean themselves. Others (e.g Bibi) would need the humans to help clean him by scooping the sand and pour on him

Meanwhile, our house would be wash clean, dried then filled with new bedding, tissue and food.

A clean Bibi back in his clean house checking out the food already.

My turn to be clean and I go into the sand box myself

Can you see me?

Cats

There are lots of cats in the streets of Singapore, you see them everywhere. In food centers, car parks, below our apartments...

These photos are taken by Eil's cousin, T jie jie.

Most of the time, some of the residents will fed the cats and play with them.

I wonder if they're friendly. But they look kinda scary to me... My friend Sunshade likes cats too. Maybe I can ship one to her???

Green green grass

Here's what Eil and mama got me when they went to the Pet Safari the other day.

A super duper big bag of.... grass... (dont you think the rabbit looks real happy on the cover). It's Timothy Grass, imported from Japan

The packet says I can use the grass to make bedding or I can eat the grass.

Me chewing the grass a little. I'll stack a bunch of the glass at my sleeping corner, it's real comfy and the grass smell is pretty nice. Mama said that the grass helps to hide my pee pee smell.

Fun Stuff

Ok, so I saw some of the doggies playing with this software and I thought I'll have a go at it to see how I'll look as a pirate. What do you doggies think?

T-man is so nice to offer to loan CC-man to me as my "parrot". Hee hee
And there's more fun stuff at the Bone Zone in our DWB forum. See if you guys can find me there, I have a hard time with the M&Ms one...

New Year Tag and Pet Safari

I've been tagged by a few of my friends to list 5 new year resolutions. Here goes:
  1. Try not to be too greedy with treats
  2. Share my toys and food with Bibi
  3. To read books instead of eating them
  4. Not be fussy on food
  5. Finish the vitamins that mama feeds me

Here are some pictures of the new Pet Safari in Singapore. It's located in VivoCity(largest mall in Singapore)

It's actually a mega shop that sells pets, pet stuff and provides services like grooming

Check out the toys~

And the food~

This cute little dude (he's a sapphire winter white, same as Bibi) was hiding under his food bowl

These 2 were fighting (white face Roborovskis), probably over a sunflower seed.

And this normal winter white is just chilling in his little house.

Ship spotted in Singapore

Hello Everyone, I hope you all had a great new year celebration. Over here in Singapore, the humans dont go to work till today (Wed 3rd Jan) as yesterday was a off day too due to Hari Raya Haji. Guess what Eil saw yesterday (nope, she didn't bring me along as it was really crowded)

A SHIP... It's the Swedish Ship Gotheborg. And it had sail all the way here.

Don't it look great?

And it comes with cannon too...

Woh.. maybe me and pirate Zim and Captain Maverick should sail on it. :)
